1.Suggest customer has 2-3 drain under the machine 1under the cooker,1 under the depositor.
2.Once the depositor off working suggest hot water and acid immediately add inside for easy cleaning.
3.All heating unit and pipes need to be open longer than the other machine functions incase the block inside the pipes.
4.If the touch scream or electrical control system has water inside immediately stop it and don‘t open it until water totally dry out. Otherwise there will be total damaged with repair only!!
5.Pump Acid at the CFA process longer than other systems closed.
6.If need 100% full cleaning then suggest remove the quick change pipes and parts to clean
7.Suggest cover all the pumps and cables electrical parts and chiller when doing full cleaning or spray.
8.Electrical box and chiller can't be sprayer cleaned
A:Adding running water inside at first tank and open all the mixer until it heats up,
(Should be added the water immediately at the last bath of the cooker so the heater are still on the temperature) and slowly pump time by time to the tanks
B:Suggest adding Acid where the machine add gum liquid, and use a brush it to brush the tank and remove the big blocked first incase it blocked inside the pumps.
C:Pump hot water into the hopper and take into the cleaning plate under the depositor machine,and connect the drain pipe to the machine drain pipe which under the depositor.
Q1: What’s different between lobe pump & gear pump?
A:By comparison, although both can smoothly transport high viscosity substances,
but the gear pump has a great disadvantage is that there is no wear resistance, unreliable operation, large maintenance workload, difficult to clean, it can not meet the transmission of corrosive media or health requirements of the medium.
And the lobe pump in the process of operation is basically no wearing parts, basic maintenance free operation, cleaning process is simple no dead Angle, and where the material contact parts are made of 304/316L stainless steel, health, corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, less maintenance, high pressure and other characteristics have shown its strong application performance.
D.Mold cleaning suggest (Usually the mold is clean no need wash every batch but can use hot water depositing for one round or UV lights open inside the factory ) or open the brush and lift more higher near the machine and put a soda water under the brush for full cleaning and water depositing into the molds.
E.Belt cleaning suggest use soft brush or simple wiper.
F.Water Sprayer was the last operation if needs 100% clean but remember covered all the easy damage parts.
