Equipment Description
1. This machine is used for vertical labeling of round bottles.
2. The labeling head is a three-stage labeling system, divided into label supply, label pulling and bottom paper recovery systems, each system has a separate motor control to ensure fast and stable label supply and guarantee the speed and accuracy of labeling.
3. Vertical horizontal bottle feeding, stable feeding and easy operation.
4. The machine can automatically reduce the labeling speed when there are less than a certain amount of bottles on the feeding conveyor.
5. Using a screw to divide the bottles, and using the same power as the astrolabe mechanism to achieve synchronous operation, the action is accurate, no bottle jamming and broken bottles, to ensure the stable operation of the machine.
